Locked out of Scholarship Account

When trying to sign into the scholarship account website, it says my account has been locked and to contact helpdesk to unlock the account.

How do I go about doing this?

Answer

When your account status is “Locked” it means your MyLFCC password has expired. Please call or come into Admissions to get your password reset. Once they give you your temporary password, login to your MyLFCC and change it to something else. Then log into the scholarship website and you should be all set.
