How does a withdraw affect my financial aid?

Answer

Financial aid only pays for classes that you successfully complete, by withdrawing you may owe money back at the end of the semester.

A withdraw goes against your Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), if you continually withdraw from classes or do not complete them successfully with a C or better you may be in danger of falling below the 67% completion rate to meet SAP. That would affect you receiving aid in upcoming semesters.
